Palwasha is PhD candidate and working as Early Stage Researcher at School of Business and Governance, Tallinn University of Technology, and her research interest is Technology Governance.
She has completed Human-Computer Interaction masters program from School of Digital Technologies, Tallinn University. Her research interest was human-centered service design and public sector innovation via Design Thinking processes. Thesis title is “Public Sector Innovation Through Design Thinking: Creating Public Services Design Guideline in Afghanistan Context”, and research focus is on how to achieve e-gov goals via design thinking and inclusive approach by enabling experts from cross-disciplinary fields to design human-centered digital solutions.
